This is literally the worst court ever. Either the phone prompts aren't working, no one ever answers the phones or returns messages for the extentions they give you. You could call 5 times about one issue and get 5 different peoples numbers. Its actually outrageous.

An officer gives me a ticket for an unregistered vehicle while I’m in the water surfing. Watches me walk up from the beach take off my wetsuit put on my clothes put the surfboard on the top of my car then proceeds to tell me I can’t move my car. I’m writing you a ticket for an unregistered vehicle. I showed him my proof of registration on the phone and he said OK. Well, you can move your car, but I already wrote you the ticket. You have to show up at the date on the ticket and bring your proof of registration and everything will be dropped. I show up on the date for the required court appearance and the clerk tells me the tickets aren’t in the window yet, you’ll have to speak to a supervisor and wait for another court date to talk to a prosecutor. I asked the supervisor at the clerk window to stamp my tickets proving that I was present on the date required or to allow me to fill out a no in system form illustrating the inconvenience of their lack of processing ability. I had to takeoff work to show up to a mandatory court appearance today for tickets that weren’t even in the system yet and then I get an attitude and a refusal of legal service from the supervisor of the clerk window

No one ever answers the phone. Tried to pay fine for 5 days. I even tried to use the web site. The image was so small I could not see the writing. If I could give a half star.

The clerk(s) that answer phone calls is extremely rude & has a very distasteful attitude. This municipal building would benefit significantly from a customer service training course.

I didn’t wanted to write this review, but I do want someone to see this. Extremely disrespectful people. I called them 2 times after waiting 30 mins and both times the Clark ladies was annoyed and screaming at me for no reason. I just wanted to pay for the ticket which I got for no valid reason and call it a day but they want me to come to the court. Before I could ask this lady a question, she hanged up on me. And guess what I recorded the second call I made which I will be presenting if I need to for them being disrespectful to me. The higher up should really see what kind of people they are hiring, no empathy no respect and screaming towards people is disrespectful and unacceptable.
